RATES: Rates are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT, in Euro on Self Catering basis
TAXES: All State taxes are included. Government tax 0.50€ per room/per night & Environmental Fee 1.50€ per room/per night are paid on location
AIR CONDITION: Included
RESERVATIONS: Minimum 2 days
DEPOSIT: the cost of the first night is required for each booking and is expected to be paid within 10 days from the date of booking either with a credit card or a bank transfer.
BABY-COT: Available free of charge when requested in advance
EXTRA BED: 15€ per person over 12 years old.
TAXI RIDE: From or to the airport booked by Erato Apartments costs 75.00 €
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.
3. In case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
