TERMS 

RATES: Rates are PER ROOM, PER NIGHT, in Euro on Self Catering basis
TAXES: All State taxes are included. Government tax 0.50€ per room/per night is paid on location
A resilience TAX for Climate change of 1.50€ per room/per night must be paid on location.
AIR CONDITION: Included
BABY-COT: Available free of charge when requested in advance
TAXI RIDE: From or to the airport booked by Erato Apartments costs 75.00 €
RESERVATIONS: Minimum 2 days
DEPOSIT: the cost of the first night is required for each booking and is expected to be paid within 10 days
from the date of booking either with a credit card or a bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
2. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total amount will be charged.
3. In case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
