We spent a week in the idyllic and beautiful Erato apartments. Quiet, clean and picturesque, the perfect location with the loveliest hostess Anastasia who was very welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful.
A beautiful apartment with an amazing traditional bed and floor. Ideally located, minutes away from the lovely winding lanes of Lindos and from the gorgeous St Pauls Bay with a superb view of the stunning acropolis!
We thoroughly recommend Erato apartments and Lindos (although in the high season Lindos might get quite busy).

We spent a week at Erato and having been to Lindos before, this was in a perfect location for St Pauls Bay which we wanted. As soon as you walk in the Jasmine scented courtyard you feel happy. The owners made us feel very welcome & were there for any possible need,from bringing me Greek tea as i had a cold on arrival, to phoning taxis if required. It was a most relaxing and comfortable quiet time, thank you Anastasia & Thanassis.

We have found ourselves in a very beautiful quiet and also warm and personal care taken place with a high quality in housing design and heritage. Not far from the beautiful St. Pierre Bay it gave us almost a home to stay and calm down on creative ideas and regeneration.

Absolutely wonderful apartments. Very clean, quiet and well situated near the village centre. Only a short walk to the various Lindos beaches. Many thanks to the friendly and extremely helpful owners Anastasia and Thanassis. They arranged taxis and made sure everything was fine for us. Would we return? - most definitely. Would we recommend this property to friends? - totally!

I have visited some of the Greek islands in the past. This was my first visit to Rhodos and after my one week stay in Lindos at the Erato apartments I can say this won’t be my last. Rhodos is definitely one of the most beautiful islands in Greece. Lindos is superb with plenty of little streets, nice shops, plenty of good restaurants, an Italian Ice cream bar where they serve delicious ice cream, coffee and pastry and last but not least the Acropolis that dominates the view. With this in mind my wife and I rented a car at Rhodos Airport and booked an apartment at Anatasia’s Erato Apartments, perfectly situated in a quiet street of the city of Lindos, at walking distance of both lovely beaches, restaurants, tavernas and the Acropolis. We were very happy with our 3 beds apartment which offered comfort, good beds, quiet nights, nice terraces and a charming hostess ‘Thasia’.

I have been holidaying in Lindos since 1996, and have now visited over 20 times. Until May this year I had always done this as a package deal. Due to work commitments I normally have to do the Saturday flights, but this May I was struggling to find a Saturday package from Birmingham airport so I decided to be brave and try the independant route.
I looked at various websites but was attracted to "Erato" due to location and price and I was not disapointed.
For any any one who knows Lindos, they are located just around the corner from Yannis and 404 Bar. Very central but also very quiet. They are the basic older type of accomodation but so much better then than the package holiday ones. They are clearly very well looked after in a good state of repair, and very clean.

lo studio dove siamo stati molto piccolo ma essenziale e pratico.l'angolo cucina che si trova nella stanza con piastre elettriche fa in modo da non poter cucinare cose troppo elaborate conviene farci solo la colazione.si trova al primo piano con vista sulla cittadina di lindos con uso della terrazza comoda per la sera ma di giorno il sole è così forte da non poter tenre gli occhi aperti.ogni giorno la signora viene a sistemare al stanza. la signora Anastasia molto simpatica. studio comodo per la posizione ad un passo da tutto sia spiaggia san paul sia per i ristoranti, bar negozi ecc.
dimenticavo la stanza è un forno visto i 40 gradi di giugno di giorno quindi obbligatorio usare air conditioning.

We have now stayed at these appartments on our 3 visits to Lindos and are never disappointed. Tasia the owner is always so friendly and helpful and full of information about the area. The Erato is situated in the village very close to St Pauls Bay and is overlooked by the Acropolis, you can waive to the visitors while you enjoy your breakfast on the sunny patio, but it is quiet and relaxing. On your return in the late evening you are welcomed home by the beautiful aroma of Jasmin which grows in abundance in the courtyard. All rooms have aircon which is a must in the summer months, Lindos is a hot spot!!

We have just returned from a few very pleasant nights at Erato Apartments in Lindos, Rhodes. The apartments surpassed our expectations in many ways.
The owners were very friendly and helpful (but beware of the grumpy cleaning lady!!). Location was excellent - just a few minutes away from some fantastic restaurants (try Kalypso or Marias for some delicious traditional dining), 10 minutes to the main beach or a few minutes to St Pauls Bay.
We were in the 2-bed apartment, which had a lot of character with lovely pebbled floors and a very traditional feel about it. The bedroom was a bit dark but other than that, couldn't fault the apartments. Very clean and tidy, with airconditioning, and set around a inner courtyard which was perfect for leisurely breakfasts in the shade. The veranda upstairs had lovely views to chill with a nice bottle of wine.
